A positive and ecumenical pre-school setting where children receive all the normal kindergarten readiness skills in a warm, loving Christian environment.
Trinity Christian Nursery School is a non-denominational, ecumenical, Christian school with emphasis on a loving, caring, creator God, the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, and respect and sensitivity for one another. The purpose of the Trinity Christian Nursery School program is to provide a healthy, happy, atmosphere where a child can develop his/her potential in reaching their social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development.
A planned curriculum with a focus on social studies and science includes structured and creative art, music, movement, dramatic play, solo and cooperative play in the areas of language, pre-reading and pre-math. The curriculum includes one Bible story a week. The staff bases realistic expectations of children on individuality, as well as the child’s stage of development. When children are given positive reinforcement, respect and affection, they are better able to accept adult guidance and be cooperative.
