About Trinity Episcopal Church
Trinity Episcopal Church was consecrated in 1901 and has worked to serve God and God’s people for over a century. We have a long history of service to our community and we strive to feed the hungry, minister to the sick, clothe those in need, and share our passion for Christ. We are located in the town of Ware at the corner of Park and Pleasant Streets and are easily accessed by Routes 9 and 32.
Our members come from all walks of life and all across the Pioneer Valley. Our congregation is made up of individuals and families who are passionate about God’s love, our Christian community, and God’s mission. Families with young children are welcome here. We love worshiping alongside the joyful noise of children. Our congregation reflects a diversity of beliefs, passions, and talents. Ages range from newborn to members in their late 80s.
When you join us for worship, you will be greeted and given a bulletin that will help guide you through the order of the service. Episcopal services are based on The Book of Common Prayer which will be the red book in your pew.
During worship, you will be able to follow along from the bulletin with the corresponding page numbers in The Book of Common Prayer. There will be several opportunities where you can enjoy or join in singing hymns. Music and words for the hymns are found in the blue hymnal in the pew.
Episcopal worship is centered around Communion, also known as The Holy Eucharist. All are invited to come forward and receive the bread and wine during communion, or if you would prefer you can come forward to receive a blessing by the priest or simply remain seated.
